Located in the Texarkana, Texas metropolitan area, TexAmericas Center (TAC) has approximately 12,000 development-ready acres of land and about 3 million square feet of commercial and industrial product. It services a four-state region including Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Chartwell oversees all TAC’s local, regional, national, and industry-specific media relations to promote the organization’s impact on regional economic development efforts. TAC has demonstrated success promoting Texarkana, and TAC specifically, as an ideal location for efficient and cost-effective business establishment and expansion. To position its story, Chartwell promotes TAC to audiences including but not limited to local business owner and real estate influencers; targeted industries; and businesses interested in relocation that would benefit from the Center’s (and Texarkana’s) available space, flexibility, established infrastructure, access to talent, logistics pipeline and other growth opportunities.

“We have a strong, data-driven business development story to tell on a regional and national basis and we wanted a partner who understood economic development marketing. Chartwell’s experience and expertise in this area has taken our visibility to the next level,” said Eric Voyles, Executive Vice President, Chief Economic Development Officer, TexAmericas Center.

“Our track record in economic development marketing and public relations allowed us to effectively share the TexAmericas Center value proposition to key media in an effective and efficient manner,” said Rebecca Epperson, President, Chartwell Agency. “With everything going on in our world today, it’s thrilling to be a part of positive business and job growth stories.”
