Chartwell Agency Partners with OrthoIllinois to Launch Patient-Centered Spine Care Commercial
Chartwell Agency, an award-winning marketing firm based in northern Illinois, recently partnered with OrthoIllinois, a regional leader in orthopedic and spine care, to develop a new television commercial focused on helping patients envision life after pain.
As demand for spine services continues to grow across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin, OrthoIllinois sought a clear, reassuring way to communicate its minimally invasive approach and comprehensive model of care. The organization turned to Chartwell to create a patient-centered commercial that balanced emotional connection with clinical credibility.
Chartwell developed Getting Back to Life, a 30-second spine care commercial that follows a father’s journey from chronic pain to restored mobility. The spot highlights OrthoIllinois’ coordinated spine care services and focuses on outcomes that resonate with patients and families.
Chartwell led creative development and production management for the campaign, including script refinement, location coordination, scheduling, and talent casting. The agency also provided on-site creative direction during filming and worked in collaboration with video production partner Sinclair Collective to ensure consistency, accuracy, and production quality.
The commercial was produced for television, social media, and CTV. The script was also developed in a radio ad, allowing OrthoIllinois to reach audiences across multiple platforms with a unified message.
