As Director of Project Strategy at Chartwell Agency, Brad Kisner leads brand development, marketing strategy, creative concepting, and multi-channel campaign execution for clients across a wide range of industries. A seasoned designer and strategist, he brings extensive experience in brand identity, retail and product development, digital strategy, and cross-functional creative leadership.
Kisner’s career spans agency work, in-house roles, and higher education, including teaching graphic design at Cuyahoga Community College. His diverse client background includes financial services, education, retail, manufacturing, nonprofits, and arts organizations.
At Chartwell, he oversees project direction, guides client collaboration, and ensures that each initiative is rooted in strong strategy and purposeful visual communication. Outside of work, Kisner remains active in the arts community and serves on the board of the Hudson Players theatre group.
