Diamond Assets, one of the largest and longest-standing Apple buyback partners in the country, partnered with Chartwell Agency to create a video highlighting its deployment services and how school districts should rethink the traditional summer-only refresh cycle.
Centered around a real midyear deployment with the School District of Cumberland, the video demonstrated how Diamond Assets manages the entire process from device buyback to deployment with minimal disruption to students, staff, and classroom learning.
Many districts view device refreshes as a summer-only project because of the time and staffing required to prepare and distribute technology.
Diamond Assets needed a simple way to show districts they could refresh devices anytime during the school year while reducing IT workload, lowering costs, and keeping learning uninterrupted.
Chartwell created a video focused on one district’s deployment experience.
The video highlighted how Diamond Assets collects old devices, prepares new technology with apps and software preloaded, and delivers ready-to-use devices directly to students. Interviews with district leadership added firsthand perspective and credibility to the story.
To support the video, Chartwell:
The video was used as a key sales and communication tool for Diamond Assets, helping districts better understand deployment services and the flexibility of midyear refreshes.
The video production also created a library of evergreen video content that continues to support future marketing and storytelling initiatives.
