Located in the Texarkana metropolitan area, TexAmericas Center owns and operates one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the United States. With roughly 12,000 development-ready acres of land and approximately 3.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial product, TexAmericas Center services four states including Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Each year, TexAmericas Center distributes a comprehensive brochure to convey its multifaceted narrative to a diverse audience, including current clients and potential clients, developers, community leaders, and governmental bodies. TexAmericas Center began developing the piece called “Aspire” in 2022, and every year builds upon the graphics, messaging, and data.

Each year’s version illustrates its commitments to the Texarkana region’s legacy in military defense and manufacturing while encapsulating its journey, industry support, and future aspirations in a visually compelling and informative manner. The most recent piece highlighted the organization’s commitment to enhancing rail operations and providing reliable energy sources to its tenants.
