In Home Medical Group (IHMG) is a medical service provider based in Rockford, Illinois, which delivers primary care and psychiatric services in a variety of environments, including post-acute facilities, assisted living communities and patient homes. It evolved from a startup with amazing potential to an established business powerhouse with seven service lines that help manage population health and enhance outcomes for healthcare organizations.

Solution

IHMG turned to Chartwell Agency to develop its corporate identity and messaging; create a website reflective of its current structure; and produce marketing collateral to support sales and outreach efforts for growth.

Chartwell Agency worked with the IHMG leadership team to:

Create a graphic identity for the parent brand, as well as service line logos aligned with similar standards to reinforce the interconnected nature of the services provided by the organization.
Develop a brand package featuring business cards, stationery and a corporate folder to professionalize the organization’s first impressions. Develop individual service line marketing slicks, designing them so that they can function independently or together as part of a comprehensive organizational overview.
Create a website that promotes the full capabilities of IHMG, while leveraging brand standards and best practices for responsiveness, intuitive navigation, original content and user-friendly maintenance.

Outcome

The new brand identity, collateral and website has allowed IHMG to better communicate its services and reach in the healthcare industry regionally. IHMG continues to exceed its projections, more than doubling growth in certain service lines while launching a new service line in 2017. IHMG continues to work with Chartwell Agency to review, update and produce marketing pieces.
