TexAmericas Center, one of the nation’s largest mixed-use industrial parks, partnered with Chartwell Agency to announce and promote two newly acquired locomotives that expand the organization’s rail capacity and strengthen the region’s economic development infrastructure. With the locomotives arriving on campus, TexAmericas Center needed a cohesive, high-impact public relations campaign that showcased the new assets and reinforced its growing transportation capabilities
