Annual Report Redesign Tells a Powerful Story of Student Success

Chartwell Agency collaborated closely with Alignment Rockford to reimagine their annual report, aiming for a compelling narrative that succinctly captured the organization’s impact. Leveraging their expertise in storytelling and design, Chartwell proposed a streamlined approach, focusing on two key programs – Ready to Learn and Healing-Centered Student Support – to vividly showcase the organization’s student-centric mission.

The final report seamlessly integrated a message from the executive director, offering insights on how the community plays a role in children’s development. In addition, the piece recognized corporate and individual donors while listing important grants that helped fund the organization’s transformative initiatives.

To enhance accessibility and engagement, three QR codes were strategically incorporated, enabling readers to delve deeper into the organization’s initiatives and seamlessly contribute to their cause.

The four-page report leveraged Alignment Rockford’s branding while skillfully blending stock photography, insightful infographics, and a visually striking design to captivate readers’ attention.

Upon completion, the report was posted onto the website and printed to share with families, volunteers, donors, and supporters.
