Located in the Texarkana metropolitan area, TexAmericas Center owns and operates one of the largest mixed-use industrial parks in the United States. With roughly 12,000 development-ready acres of land and approximately 3.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial product, TexAmericas Center services four states including Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

TexAmericas Center needed a comprehensive brochure that effectively communicated the location’s infrastructure, business advantages, and long-term vision for growth. The goal was to create a proactive, go-to resource that TexAmericas Center could use to engage corporate decision-makers, prospective tenants, site selectors, and industry leaders. The final piece highlights not only the region’s advantages but also TexAmericas Center’s commitment to supporting growth, innovation, and long-term success.
