Chartwell Agency Hired by Board of Elections to Provide Communications Support

Rockford, Ill. (December 20, 2017) — Chartwell Agency was hired by Rockford Board of Elections (BOE), which is responsible for election operations within the City of Rockford, to oversee communications support including social media management, messaging and public relations.

The BOE is governed by a bi-partisan commission appointed by the Circuit Court and provides a variety of services including: recruiting and training of election judges; training and certification of deputy registrars; voter registration; and maintaining and safeguarding voter signature cards and ballots.
