Melissa Westphal Joins Chartwell Agency

ROCKFORD, IL (May 4, 2017) — Chartwell Agency has hired Melissa Westphal as a Communications Strategist to assist clients with strategic planning, media relations at local, regional and national levels, marketing strategy, development and deployment, event planning and implementation, and social media strategy and execution.

 

Before joining Chartwell, Westphal was a writer/communications specialist at Rosecrance, where she wrote and edited unique content for the organization, worked as the media liaison in multiple markets, and authored and managed the production of the agency’s 100th anniversary book in 2016. She also spent 12 years as a reporter at the Rockford Register Star and is an active community volunteer, serving on the board of NAMI Northern Illinois.
