Chartwell Agency Receives National Recognition from the Service Industry Advertising Awards
Chartwell Agency, an award-winning marketing firm based in northern Illinois, was recently honored with six awards for its marketing initiatives from the Service Industry Advertising Awards (SIAA).
The SIAA is dedicated exclusively to honoring the remarkable achievements within the service industry. While numerous awards often favor consumer goods and tangible treasures, this prestigious accolade shines a light on the vital contributions of service-oriented marketing and advertising. Celebrating the artistry of the service sector, the SIAA acknowledges the finest advertisements, print creations, websites, TV, radio, electronic communications, and social media efforts, illuminating the creativity that thrives in this dynamic field.
Chartwell received recognition for the following projects:
Gold: Esta Barrett Manor and Gardens Brand Design. Chartwell Agency developed a comprehensive brand identity for Esta Barrett Manor and Gardens to align with the newly adopted name and objectives. The new logo design connects elements from the manor’s historic architecture combining the distinctive roof and sturdy pillars, with the Carolina Rose, an original flower of the gardens.
Silver: Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD) Integrated Marketing Campaign. Chartwell Agency designed the “Wheels Down” marketing campaign to help promote RFD as the Midwest cargo airport of choice for airlines to lower their carbon footprint and save time and money. The campaign utilized digital and prints ads to showcase that when partnering with RFD, airlines can move faster and be more sustainable with wheels down to engines off in five minutes and provided a call to action to “Make the switch to RFD today.”
Silver: Discovery Center Museum Website. Chartwell Agency refreshed the museum’s logo to better reflect its focus on fun, playful learning and community engagement. The redesigned website, built with a mobile-first approach, streamlines navigation and improves access to key information like exhibits, events, and programs.
Silver: Highland Community College Viewbook. Chartwell Agency partnered with the institute to develop a viewbook that effectively highlighted HCC’s academic programs, campus facilities, and student life. By featuring real student photography, the “It’s All Here” tagline, and personalized envelopes, it reinforced the college’s identity and fostered connections with prospective students.
Merit: Esta Barrett Manor and Gardens Website. Chartwell Agency designed user-friendly website to reinforce the new brand and serve as a hub for the community, promoting events, sharing the properties history, and advertising. The enhanced online presence has positioned the property as a destination of interest, leading to increased awareness and visitor engagement.
A national panel of industry experts evaluated all entries based on creativity, marketing execution, message impact, technology use, and content innovation.
