New Website Strengthens Crusader Community Health’s Mission of Care

For more than 50 years, Crusader Community Health, a non-profit community health center, has been providing northern Illinois with comprehensive, affordable, and accessible medical, dental, and behavioral healthcare for anyone in need. Its providers and support staff are both knowledgeable and compassionate, making sure everyone who walks through its doors feels comfortable and cared for.

Crusader Community Health’s existing website fell short in providing a positive user experience and accessibility to important patient information. With an outdated design and cumbersome navigation, the website hindered rather than facilitated access to essential information and services.

The homepage prioritized appointment scheduling, available services, provider information, health resources, hours, and locations, ensuring effortless access to the most sought-after information.

Website content was developed to be informational, yet concise to ensure users easily received and understood the information they were looking for. Dynamic content including health education materials, patient and provider stories, and news updates were developed to enrich the user experience.
