Chartwell Agency Completes Rebrand, New Website for NI ReACH
Chartwell Agency recently completed the rebrand, including a new website, for Northern Illinois Regional Affordable Community Housing (NI ReACH).
NI ReACH, the new name for Winnebago County Housing Authority, was established in 1940 and serves more than 1,600 families through approximately 20 different programs in Winnebago, Boone, Stephenson, Ogle, Jo Daviess and DeKalb counties. NI ReACH manages programs for both Winnebago County Housing Authority and Boone County Housing Authority. Its affordable housing non-profit developer has completed about $80 million in new housing and rehab housing since 2005. Additionally, NI ReACH has been recognized by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development and NAHRO as a high-performing agency.
Chartwell Agency rebranded the organization, creating a new name, brand identity, corporate identity package including business cards and stationery, and website. All were designed to impart an accessible and friendly first impression for those seeking its services. The website was especially important, providing an intuitive, contact-free way for potential residents to learn about and apply for services offered by the organization.
“Those in need of housing and other support services should feel comfortable learning about and applying for the programs and services offered by NI ReACH. Our rebrand better represents our ability to assist them through the often-intimidating process,” said Alan Zais, Executive Director, NI ReACH. “Chartwell’s expertise and enthusiasm helped us create a brand of which we’re all proud and a website that better serves our community.”
Chartwell also assisted with the public launch of the new brand, setting the stage and building excitement for the announcement and communicating with stakeholders through the change to maintain strong relationships.
