Rock Valley Credit Union (RVCU) is a not-for-profit financial institution owned and operated by its members since 1968. Its field of membership includes Winnebago, Boone, Ogle, DeKalb, Lee and Stephenson counties, IL, and Green, Rock and Walworth counties, WI. RVCU prides itself in customized services for each of its 16,000+ members and is dedicated to supporting more than 30 community events and organizations each year.

Chartwell Agency used its expertise in digital marketing to determine the best approach to tactics which allowed RVCU to saturate its target market of prospective members providing the right message at the right time. The firm leveraged its experience in content development and design to create messaging and visuals for each quarters’ specific focus.

The quarterly CONNECTSM campaign included targeted email, addressable display ads, addressable connected TV (CTV) and social media advertising, and tactics and frequency varied depending on the product (ex: Wag’s Kids Savings Account and Balloon Lending) and audience for the quarter.

The overall campaign saw a total of 1,342,744 impressions with 15,547 clicks, which assisted RVCU in an increase of sales for its financial products in 2023.
