Targeted Video Campaign Drives Engagement for Edgebrook Dermatology

To further enhance awareness of its medical and aesthetic services and drive volume to the clinic, Edgebrook Dermatology worked with Chartwell Agency on a highly targeted digital marketing campaign. As part of that strategy, Chartwell created a video for Connected TV (CTV) to help the clinic showcase its specialties, position its care providers as topical experts, and share interactions with its highly satisfied patients.

Chartwell Agency managed all aspects of the video production including preproduction/planning, scripting, storyboarding, branded motion graphics, music and sound licensing, videography, and editing. The final 30-second video incorporated original footage from the clinic featuring the Edgebrook Dermatology care team as well as a voiceover sharing details about the services offered by the clinic and the exceptional care its patients receive. The short video ended with a strong call to action incorporating a skincare offer and QR code for easy website and appointment access.

In addition to the CTV campaign, the video will be used in other marketing efforts including the organization’s website and social media pages.

Outcomes

The CTV campaign was recently launched and served 50,000 impressions with a 98.67% video completion rate in three months.
