Faith Christian School
Faith Christian School is the only independent, Christ-centered PreK – 12th grade school in Walworth County (Wisconsin). The school offers an encouraging environment where love of one another and love of God is contagious. Its students develop a lifelong love of learning and the ability to shine as inspiration to others.
In an effort to ultimately enhance fall of 2020 admissions and beyond, Faith Christian School needed to enhance awareness of what makes the school special: its Christ-centered education, strong early learners program, and the only full Pre-K – 12th grade continuum in Walworth County. Once prospects showed an interest, Faith Christian School also wanted to enhance its first impressions with collateral that better represented the level of excellence for which it is known.
Chartwell Agency worked with Faith Christian School to frame messaging for the campaign that would meet immediate objectives while having the potential for a longer-term lifespan. Chartwell developed the More Than an Education – a Gift of Faith to tie together the school’s ability to combine academic excellence with a curriculum grounded in God’s word.
Chartwell Agency managed the strategy, content development, design and deployment of a print and digital campaign. The multi-pronged approach included a direct mail piece with an enrollment incentive for targeted prospective families. An e-mail, social, and SEM digital campaign targeted prospective parents interested in education options for their children where they are – online. Additionally, Chartwell created a printed multi-use viewbook to help Faith Christian put its best foot forward with potential families, donors, community members and others.
While fall of 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic presented unique challenges for private school recruitment, Faith Christian School was able to maintain strong fall student enrollment. The digital campaign ran for just two months, and in that time Faith Christian School was placed in front of prospective families more than 180,000 times resulting in qualified prospects taking some action to connect with the school more than 2,400 times, on average 39 times each day of the campaign. The direct mail enhanced brand awareness regionally and the school’s viewbook is being used in admissions, advancement, and community outreach activities.
