Chartwell Agency Receives Four Pinnacle Awards for Healthcare Marketing

Chartwell Agency, an award-winning marketing firm based in northern Illinois, recently received four Pinnacle Awards from the Illinois Society for Healthcare Marketing and Public Relations.

The Pinnacle Awards feature 22 categories dedicated to healthcare marketing. The awards aim to recognize professionals who demonstrate excellence in clear, effective marketing and public relations communication. This year, the competition received over 80 entry submissions.

  • Rural Medical Training Collaborative (RMTC) Branding: Chartwell embarked on a rebranding initiative for RMTC, drawing inspiration from its rich history. The new branding honors the organization’s legacy while reflecting a modern take on its commitment to rural health education and its deep-rooted connection to the communities it serves.
  • Crusader Community Health Website: Chartwell worked with Crusader Community Health to develop a website redesign strategy that helped the organization reflect its values, streamline user experience, and enhance accessibility for website visitors. The redesigned website exemplifies Crusader’s commitment to excellence, accessibility, and patient-centered care. With its intuitive user experience, streamlined navigation, and mobile responsiveness, the website has become a valuable resource for patients, providers, and the community at large.

Honorable Mentions:

  • Edgebrook Dermatology Video: Edgebrook Dermatology partnered with Chartwell to develop a video to be utilized in the clinic’s targeted digital marketing campaign. The 30-second video incorporated original footage from the clinic featuring the Edgebrook Dermatology care team as well as a voiceover sharing details about the services offered by the clinic and the exceptional care its patients receive. The short video ended with a strong call to action incorporating a skincare offer and QR code for easy website and appointment access.
  • SwedishAmerican Health Foundation Website: Chartwell oversaw a comprehensive website design to honor the legacy and innovation of SwedishAmerican while shaping the future-focused narrative of UW Health. The website was built to engage with current and prospective donors, influencers, and community members by sharing information on health system investments and how the donations impact real people. The site leveraged and further explored applications for the new brand, coupled with strong imagery and calls to action.
