With new leadership in the marketing department, Beloit Health System partnered with Chartwell Agency to help execute original ideas and a fresh vision for its annual report. The theme centered on the organization’s 50th anniversary, and the content was anchored by the story of one woman who has celebrated many major life milestones with the health system. We also highlighted several key initiatives, physicians and facilities alongside standard report details such as donor and staff lists. A new photo shoot provided modern, updated imagery of key people and places, and the stylized cover mimicked a watercolor painting. All elements worked together to welcome readers with a look that was warm and inviting along with a nod to the 50th celebration through gold accents.
Outcome
The final product delivered that fresh, modern take on the traditional annual report envisioned by Beloit. Marketing and administrative officials were thrilled with the design and proud to unveil it to board members and community leaders at their annual meeting. The annual report design was so well-received that its elements were replicated throughout the year for other 50th anniversary promotional materials.
