Alignment Rockford is a partnership bringing together Rockford Public School District 205 and strategic advocates from corporate, civic, political, religious, and social entities. Leveraging the national Alignment model, Alignment Rockford challenges and addresses systemic barriers and equitably impacts the growth, development, and academic achievement of each RPS 205 student.
Alignment Rockford worked with Chartwell Agency to design a new website that communicates its unique mission, expertise, and value to the community, all while reflecting best practices for intuitive navigation, search engine optimization, and modern website functionality.
Solution
Chartwell worked closely with Alignment Rockford staff to gather content, assets, and to understand the organizational goals driving reach and impact measurables. Chartwell assessed the current site and designed a new website that better tells the organization’s story, explains its programs and mission, and is easy to understand and maintain.

Outcome
Chartwell Agency launched a new website that more clearly articulates the organization’s importance, reach, and community impact, making it possible for users to understand and engage with the content. With clear user pathways identified and a simple administrator interface, Alignment Rockford has established the website as the primary communication tool connecting parents and caregivers, volunteers, and strategic partners in the community.
Chartwell Agency specializes in education marketing, working with a variety of education support organizations as well as educational institutions including large public districts to private college-preparatory schools, and from regional universities to independent colleges. Understanding the student admission funnel, supporting all stages of the process including prospect, inquiry, applicant, deposit, admitted, and enrolled student.
