One Table Video

Events like One Table are made possible because of the support of generous sponsors of the YWCA Northwestern Illinois. After the event, the organization wanted to show additional appreciation for donors by developing a video to share the impact companies and individuals are making by providing critical funds for its programs, but also to showcase the event for future promotions by highlighting the people music, food, drink, and ambience of the evening.

Chartwell Agency utilized existing b-roll footage from the event to create the video and provided scripting and coordinated voiceover which focused on sharing important messages about the impact sponsors and supporters are making for YWCA’s constituents. The video was professional and fun and also provided a nice recap for the 2023 attendees to enjoy.

The one-minute video was shared on social media and can be used on other platforms in the future. With its first-year success, One Table will likely become an annual event and the video will be an important marketing tool to help the organization recruit sponsors and attendees for the One Table event in the future.
