Alignment Rockford is an organization dedicated to facilitating support for RPS 205. By coordinating a collective impact infrastructure, Alignment Rockford aligns resources and support around critical school district priorities. As the success of the public education system impacts all facets of our region’s economy, businesses have been supportive and engaged in the process.

Solution

Recognizing the importance of sharing the organization’s story and successes, Alignment Rockford reached out to Chartwell Agency to create its annual report. The goal of the report was to feature the organization’s accomplishments during the past year and share the leadership in driving a proactive approach for the group’s vision, goals, direction, and value to the community.

Chartwell created a relatable and attractive annual report that balanced the sharing of necessary data with inspiring storytelling to earn recognition and support for Alignment Rockford’s continued efforts.

Outcome

The annual report was developed to be flexible, both in terms of its use and variable formats. The digital option proved a cost-effective way to distribute the annual update to a large recipient list. The printed version was created with an enhanced lifespan in mind, serving as the organization’s overarching piece of collateral (e.g. an “About Us” piece) to be used with other organizational communications around donor development, volunteer recruitment, and community engagement.
